      差示扫描量热仪为什么选用铝坩埚装样?

      利用差示扫描量热仪可以广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、纤维、涂料、粘合剂、医药、食品、生物有机体、无机材料、金属材料与复合材?#31995;?#39046;域。

      那为什么要用铝坩埚装样呢?

      铝坩埚在DSC实验中只进行低温试验,最高温度不能超过600℃,因为铝坩埚的熔点为660℃。铝坩埚的热传导很好,坩埚壁及底部均较薄,所以测试的DSC信号会较好。而且铝坩埚可以很好的密封。所以差示扫描量热仪在进行熔点、玻璃化转变温度、氧化诱导期等试验?#20445;?#19988;测试温度低于600℃,可以选择铝坩埚。

      南京大展差示扫描量热仪已获国家专利,专利号201120337217.3。

      产?#26041;?#32461;:

      DSC测量的是与材料内部热转变相关的温度、热流的关系,应用范围非常广,特别是材?#31995;?#30740;发、性能检测与质量控制。材?#31995;?#29305;性:如玻璃化转变温度。冷结晶、相转变、熔融、结晶、热稳定性、固化/交联、氧化诱导期等,都是DSC的研发领域。

      主要特点:

      1.全新的炉体结构,更好的解析度和分辨率以?#26696;?#22909;的基线稳定性

      2.数?#36136;?#27668;体流量计,精确控制吹扫气体流量,数据直接记录在数据库中
