    Product introduction:

    DZ3600 plastic tube carbon black dispersity detector is a testing instrument for the dispersion of pigment or carbon black in polyolefin pipes, fittings and mixture according to international standard GB/T 18251-2000 in Nanjing Institute of electrical and mechanical technology. The instrument is suitable for DZ3600 software and the corresponding microscope based on the carbon black particle group scale, morphology, and distribution of the measurement, can establish the internal relationship between these parameters and mechanical properties, antistatic property, hygroscopicity and other macro performance index, which will have a positive impact on the quality of plastic material production process, new product development, and promote the rapid promotion of business and industry technical level.
